Commission Tiers — FAQ

← Back to Achievements, Tiers & Bonuses

What are commission tiers?

Tiers are creator levels that set your base commission multiplier — the factor applied to your earnings on every sale. The tiers, from lowest to highest, are Standard, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A higher tier means a higher multiplier.

How do I move up a tier?

You climb by accumulating achievement points and meeting each tier's promotion requirements — for example activity and performance metrics measured since you entered your current tier. When you meet the next tier's requirements, you're promoted automatically.

What does the tier multiplier do?

Your tier's base multiplier is applied to your commission before any bonuses. Moving up a tier raises this base for as long as you hold the tier, so every sale earns more.

Can I be demoted?

Some tiers have maintenance requirements. If your activity drops below the threshold for your tier, you may move down until you meet it again. Your achievements page shows your current tier's maintenance status and any next-tier progress.

Where do I see my tier?

Your achievements page shows your current tier, its multiplier, your progress to the next tier, and your tier history.
